Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step

Center 2 chicken breast halves on each sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Spoon 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over each piece of chicken. Top each piece of chicken with 1/4 of the corn and bell pepper. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Bring up the foil sides. Double-fold the top and ends to tightly seal the packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 2 packets. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Cook the packets, covered, on the preheated grill until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of chicken reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), 18 to 22 minutes. Alternatively, bake the packets on a baking sheet in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of chicken reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). (20 minutes)

05

Step

Carefully open the packets, allowing steam to escape, by cutting along the top fold with a sharp knife. Serve immediately. (2 minutes)

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to each packet.
Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference. Diced onions, zucchini, or mushrooms would also be delicious additions.
If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are evenly distributed for consistent cooking.
To prevent sticking, lightly spray the inside of the foil with cooking spray before adding the ingredients.
