Recipe View Place the baking sheet on the center rack of the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and continue to bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork, approximately 20 to 30 minutes. (40 minutes)

For a richer flavor, brown the butter before melting it. Be careful not to burn it!
If you don't have fresh dill, dried dill can be substituted. Use about 1 teaspoon.
Feel free to add other fresh herbs such as parsley or thyme to the stuffing.
To check for doneness, gently insert a fork into the thickest part of the fish. If it flakes easily, it's ready.
