Center one pork chop on each sheet of aluminum foil. Arrange the frozen vegetables beside each pork chop. Sprinkle the pork chops and vegetables evenly with garlic salt. (5 minutes)

In a small bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, sliced celery, and green onions. Spoon the mixture generously over each pork chop, ensuring the vegetables are also well-coated. (3 minutes)

Bring up the foil sides over the pork chop and vegetables. Double-fold the top and ends of the foil to create a sealed packet, leaving a little room inside for steam circulation. Repeat for all four packets. (7 minutes)

If baking: Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the vegetables are tender. (20 minutes)

If grilling: Place the foil packets on the preheated grill, close the lid, and grill for 14 to 16 minutes, turning once halfway through, or until the pork chops are cooked through. (15 minutes)

Carefully open the foil packets (be mindful of the escaping steam). Serve immediately with hot cooked rice, if desired.

For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in your favorite barbecue sauce for at least 30 minutes before assembling the packets.
Feel free to customize the vegetables! Bell peppers, onions, zucchini, or even diced potatoes work well in this recipe.
Ensure the foil packets are tightly sealed to prevent any sauce from leaking out during cooking.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for optimal safety and doneness.
