Adjust the spices to your personal preference. Feel free to add more or less cayenne pepper for desired heat. For a richer flavor, marinate the chicken in yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes before cooking. If you don't have Swiss chard, spinach or kale can be used as a substitute. A squeeze of lemon juice at the end brightens the flavors. Leftovers taste even better the next day!
