Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded Dubliner cheese, plain yogurt, finely chopped green onions, mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, and ground black pepper. (5 minutes)

02

Step
2 mins

Stir all ingredients together until well combined and a smooth, creamy dip is formed. (2 minutes)

03

Step
1 hrs

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together. For best results, chill for 2-3 hours. (60-180 minutes)

04

Step

Before serving, give the dip a final stir. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional chopped green onions, if desired. Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or vegetables.

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
If you don't have Dubliner cheese, you can substitute with another sharp Irish Cheddar.
To make this dip lighter, use Greek yogurt instead of plain yogurt.
This dip can be made up to 2 days in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

I used Greek yogurt and it turned out great! A lighter, healthier version that still tastes amazing.
