Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, crushed dried rosemary, ground ginger, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic until well combined. (Prep time: ~5 minutes)

02

Step

Place your pork (up to 1 1/2 pounds) into a resealable plastic bag or a non-reactive container. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it's evenly coated.

03

Step

Seal the bag or cover the container, and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or up to 24 hours for a more intense flavor infusion. (Marinating time: 2-24 hours)

04

Step

Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the used marinade. Cook the pork using your preferred method (grilling, pan-frying, baking, etc.) until it reaches a safe internal temperature.

For optimal flavor, gently massage the marinade into the pork to ensure maximum absorption.
If you're short on time, even a 30-minute marinade will impart a noticeable flavor.
Feel free to adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to suit your spice preference.
For a deeper rosemary flavor, lightly toast the dried rosemary in a dry pan for a minute or two before crushing it.
