Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, whipping cream, raw sugar, pumpkin puree, brandy, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt until the sugar and salt are fully dissolved. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to chill thoroughly. (8 hours)

03

Step

Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. (Approximately 20 minutes)

04

Step

Transfer the frozen yogurt to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to ripen and firm up. (2 hours)

For a richer flavor, consider using Greek yogurt.
Adjust the amount of pumpkin pie spice to your liking.
If you don't have brandy on hand, you can substitute with rum or bourbon, or simply omit it.
For a smoother texture, strain the pumpkin puree before adding it to the mixture.
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a drizzle of maple syrup, or chopped pecans before serving.
