For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for a few minutes after pressure cooking. Be sure to watch it carefully to prevent burning. Add vegetables like potatoes, carrots, and onions to the bottom of the pot along with the chicken stock for a complete one-pot meal. If you don't have a 'Poultry' setting, use the 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' setting on high pressure.
