Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Place coconut butter and macadamia nuts in a food processor and process on high to achieve a part-butter, part-chunky nut meal. Reduce speed to medium-low and add 1 egg. Run processor to combine, about 10 seconds. Add remaining eggs, one at a time, blending until mixture is creamy. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Turn off the food processor and add stevia, baking soda, and salt; process to combine, 10 to 15 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and process until mixture is evenly blended. Pour in lemon juice and reduce speed to low; blend well. Scrape the sides of the bowl again and mix once more to thoroughly combine. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Pour mixture into the prepared loaf pan. (2 minutes)

05

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack. (35 minutes)

For a richer flavor, toast the macadamia nuts lightly before chopping.
Ensure eggs are at room temperature for a smoother batter.
Adjust the amount of stevia to your preferred level of sweetness.
If you don't have coconut butter, you can substitute with coconut oil, but the texture may be slightly different.
The bread is best stored in the refrigerator to maintain its freshness.

Easy to make and a great alternative to regular bread. I'll definitely be making this again!

The texture is fantastic – not too dry like some other keto breads I've tried.

I added a touch of vanilla extract, and it enhanced the flavor even more!
