For a smoother salsa, peel the tomatillos after boiling. The skins can sometimes make the salsa slightly bitter. If you prefer a spicier salsa, leave the seeds in one or both of the jalapeños. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. A squeeze of lime juice can also brighten the flavors. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The avocado may cause some discoloration over time, but the flavor will remain delicious.
