Follow The Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). (5 minutes)

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Season with rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a 9x13-inch baking dish, reserving drippings in the skillet. (15 minutes)

In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, softened cream cheese, white wine, and the drippings from the skillet until smooth. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken in the baking dish. (5 minutes)

Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly, about 45-50 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). (50 minutes)

For a richer flavor, consider using a dry sherry instead of white wine.
If you don't have fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary can be substituted.
Serve this dish over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Steamed broccoli or asparagus make excellent side dishes.
