For a spicier salsa, leave the seeds in the chile peppers or add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Taste the salsa after chilling and add more if needed. If you prefer a thinner salsa, add a tablespoon or two of water while blending. Fresh garlic can be substituted for garlic powder. Use about 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced. This salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
