Follow The Directions

Pour 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice into each ice pop mold. (5 minutes)

Freeze until the juice is mostly set, firm enough to support the next layer without mixing. (at least 2 hours)

In a mixing bowl, gently combine the slightly softened vanilla ice cream and rolled oats until just incorporated. (5 minutes)

Spoon the ice cream-oat mixture on top of the partially frozen orange juice layer in each mold. (5 minutes)

Press extra diced mango pieces into the ice cream layer for added flavor and texture. (5 minutes)

Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. (2 minutes)

Freeze until completely solid. (approximately 5 hours or overnight)

For a creamier texture, consider using Greek yogurt in place of some of the ice cream.
Experiment with other fruits such as berries, peaches, or pineapple to customize the flavor.
To easily remove the ice pops from the molds, briefly run the molds under warm water.
