For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. Fresh peaches can be substituted for canned. Use about 2 cups of peeled and chopped fresh peaches. To prevent the top from browning too quickly, tent the baking dish with foil during the last 10-15 minutes of baking. A graham cracker crust can be added to the bottom of the baking dish for added texture.
