Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender. Add the julienned carrots and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

02

Step
2 mins

Incorporate the thawed frozen corn and peas. Cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and keep warm.

03

Step
5 mins

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the pork strips and stir-fry for 2 minutes, until lightly browned. Add the sliced green onions, minced garlic, ground ginger, and chili powder. Continue to fry until the pork is no longer pink, approximately 2-3 minutes.

04

Step
2 mins

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside to keep warm.

05

Step
2 mins

Pour 1 cup of water, soy sauce, honey, and chicken bouillon granules into the skillet. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of cold water and cornstarch until smooth. Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

06

Step
2 mins

Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring continuously, until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.

07

Step
2 mins

Return the cooked vegetables and pork to the skillet. Cook, stirring gently, until everything is heated through evenly.

08

Step

Stir in the salted peanuts. Serve the Pork Chop Stir-Fry immediately over hot cooked rice.

For an extra layer of flavor, marinate the pork chops in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, and ginger for at least 30 minutes before stir-frying.
Feel free to substitute other vegetables based on your preference or what you have on hand. Bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas would be excellent additions.
Adjust the amount of chili powder to your desired level of spiciness.
If you don't have chicken bouillon granules, you can use chicken broth instead, but you may need to reduce the amount of water slightly to maintain the sauce's consistency.
