For a richer flavor, try using bone broth instead of regular beef broth. Add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the gravy for extra depth. If you don't have Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, use plain breadcrumbs and add a teaspoon of Italian seasoning. For a thicker gravy, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with two tablespoons of cold water and stir into the gravy during the last 15 minutes of baking.
