Stir in pork and beans, chopped onion, packed brown sugar, molasses, and yellow mustard into the skillet with the bacon.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened to your liking. (Approximately 15-20 minutes)

For a deeper smoky flavor, use thick-cut bacon or add a dash of smoked paprika.
Adjust the amount of brown sugar to your preference for sweetness.
These beans are even better the next day! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Add a splash of apple cider vinegar for a tangy twist.
