For a thicker smoothie, use frozen grapes or add a few ice cubes. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a drizzle of honey or a few drops of stevia. Baby spinach can be substituted for kale for a milder flavor. To make ahead, blend and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before serving.
