Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select the 'Sauté' function. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and crumbly (approximately 5 minutes).

Stir in the salsa and frozen corn and beans mix. Ensure ingredients are evenly distributed. Cancel the 'Sauté' mode. Close and lock the lid.

Select high pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions; set the timer for 4 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build.

Carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method as per the manufacturer's instructions (approximately 5 minutes). Once the pressure is fully released, unlock and remove the lid.

For a richer flavor, brown the ground beef with a teaspoon of chili powder and a dash of cumin.
