For a milder salsa, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeño before roasting. If you prefer a chunkier salsa, pulse the vegetables in the food processor fewer times. Allowing the salsa to sit for at least 30 minutes after preparation will allow the flavors to meld together beautifully.
