Carefully open the air fryer basket and arrange the trimmed asparagus spears around the salmon fillet, ensuring they don't overlap excessively. Brush the remaining marinade evenly over the asparagus and the top of the salmon fillet. (2 minutes)

Continue air frying at 400°F (200°C) until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp, about 6 to 7 minutes more. The internal temperature of the salmon should reach 145°F (63°C).

Carefully remove the salmon and asparagus from the air fryer. Serve immediately and enjoy!

For an extra touch of elegance, garnish with a sprinkle of fresh dill or a lemon wedge.
If you prefer a sweeter sauce, add a touch more honey to the marinade.
