Press the Tofu: Place tofu on a plate lined with paper towels. Cover with more paper towels and weigh it down with a plate and a 3-5 pound weight. Press for 30 minutes to remove excess water. (30 minutes)

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and sesame oil. (5 minutes)

Marinate the Tofu: Cut the pressed tofu into ½-inch cubes. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes. (20 minutes)

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C). (5 minutes)

Air Fry the Tofu: Arrange the marinated tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches. (2 minutes)

Cook until Golden: Air fry for 5 minutes. Then, shake the basket and continue air frying for another 10 minutes, shaking occasionally, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy. (15 minutes)

For extra crispy tofu, lightly coat the marinated tofu in cornstarch or arrowroot powder before air frying.
Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer model. Keep a close eye on the tofu to prevent burning.
Feel free to experiment with the marinade. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat, or a splash of rice vinegar for tang.
