Follow The Directions

01

Step

Marinate Chicken: Place chicken breast halves in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag and add marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor. (1 hour)

02

Step

Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a sheet pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil.

03

Step

Assemble the Sheet Pan: Place butternut squash, brussels sprouts, baby carrots, and apple on the prepared sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place marinated chicken breasts on top of the vegetable-fruit mixture and drizzle with leftover marinade from the bag.

04

Step

Roast: Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, 25 to 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). (25 minutes)

05

Step

Broil for Color: Turn on the oven's broiler. Broil until vegetables are lightly browned and slightly caramelized, 2 to 3 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning. (3 minutes)

For best results, use high-quality, fresh ingredients.
Feel free to substitute other seasonal vegetables, such as sweet potatoes or parsnips.
If you don't have a garlic rosemary citrus marinade, you can make your own by combining olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, and a touch of honey.
Ensure chicken is cooked through to a safe internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
