Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Prepare a 24-cup mini-muffin pan with cooking spray. (5 minutes)

02

Step
5 mins

In a bowl, gently toss the finely chopped Swiss cheese and ham together until well combined. Distribute the mixture evenly among the 24 prepared mini-muffin cups. (5 minutes)

03

Step
5 mins

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, and freshly ground black pepper until the mixture is light and slightly frothy. Carefully pour the egg mixture in equal amounts over the ham and cheese in each of the muffin cups, filling them almost to the top. (5 minutes)

04

Step
15 mins

Bake in the preheated oven until the tops of the frittatas turn a light golden brown and are set. This should take approximately 12 minutes. Once cooked, carefully remove the frittatas from the muffin cups using a spoon or small spatula. (15 minutes)

Feel free to experiment with different cheeses and meats. Gruyere or cheddar cheese would be delicious substitutes, and cooked bacon or sausage would also work well.
For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a tablespoon of chopped fresh herbs, such as chives, parsley, or thyme, to the egg mixture.
These frittatas can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave before serving.
