For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of smoked paprika, garlic powder, or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before baking. Watch the chips carefully during the last few minutes of baking, as they can burn quickly. If you don't have aluminum foil, parchment paper can also be used, but the chips might stick slightly more. Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes to re-crisp.
