For a richer flavor, use clarified butter (ghee) for brushing the Dobladitas. Experiment with adding a pinch of sugar to the dough for a slightly sweet variation. If you don’t have time to make them immediately, the dough can be wrapped tightly and refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Allow it to come to room temperature before rolling out. These are best served warm. If you have leftovers, they can be reheated in a toaster oven or wrapped in foil and warmed in the oven. Serve with pebre (Chilean salsa), avocado, or your favorite spread.

Mar 22, 2025I added a pinch of sugar as suggested and it gave them a lovely touch of sweetness. Will definitely be making these again!

Dec 20, 2024These were so easy to make and the family loved them! The dough was a bit sticky, but adding a little extra flour fixed that right up.
