Follow The Directions

01

Step
2 mins

In a high-speed blender, combine the avocado, coconut milk, agave nectar, key lime juice, vanilla extract, and salt.

02

Step
0 mins

Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess as desired. For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve.

03

Step
0 mins

Carefully pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

04

Step
6 mins

Insert ice pop sticks into the molds.

05

Step

Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight, until solid.

For a more intense lime flavor, add the zest of one key lime to the blender.
If you don't have ice pop molds, you can use small paper cups and popsicle sticks.
To easily remove the ice pops from the molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
