For a milder lasagna, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapenos before chopping. For extra heat, leave them in! Feel free to substitute other cheeses you enjoy, such as provolone or Monterey Jack. The lasagna can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking. Add about 15 minutes to the baking time if baking directly from the refrigerator. Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.
