Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. (3 minutes)

For enhanced flavor, toast the walnuts before adding them to the batter.
If using frozen cranberries, do not thaw them before using.
The bread freezes well, so feel free to make it ahead of time.
A few chocolate chips will greatly enhance the flavor.
