For extra crispy chicken skin, pat the chicken very dry before seasoning. Feel free to substitute your favorite vegetables. Zucchini, squash, or cherry tomatoes would also be delicious. If you don't have fresh dill, dried dill can be used, but reduce the amount to 1 teaspoon. Make sure your Bundt pan is oven-safe before using it for roasting.
