Combine all ingredients in a blender. (1 minute)

Pour the mixture into 8 frozen pop molds (2.5 to 3 ounces each). (2 minutes)

Cover the molds, insert craft sticks, and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm. (2 hours)

To serve, briefly dip the outsides of the molds into warm water to loosen the pops. (1 minute)

For a richer flavor, use Greek yogurt instead of fat-free vanilla yogurt.
If you don't have pop molds, small paper cups can be used as a substitute.
Add a touch of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, if desired.
