Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare the coconut milk: Stir the coconut milk vigorously until it achieves a uniformly smooth consistency. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Portion and freeze: Pour 1/2 cup portions of the coconut milk into paper cups or a muffin tin. Freeze until completely solid. (4 hours or overnight)

03

Step

Combine ingredients: Place one frozen 1/2 cup portion of coconut milk into a blender. Add the caramel cold brew concentrate, ice cubes, sugar, and salt. Remember to keep the remaining coconut milk portions in the freezer for future frappes. (2 minutes)

04

Step

Blend to perfection: Blend the mixture until it transforms into a smooth and creamy delight. (3 minutes)

05

Step

Serve: Pour the frappe into a glass. Crown it with a dollop of whipped cream, and artfully drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel ice cream topping over the whipped cream. (2 minutes)

For an extra layer of indulgence, try adding a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes on top of the whipped cream.
Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less sugar.
If you don't have ice cream topping, a caramel sauce will work as a substitute.
