**Marinate the Wings (Overnight or at least 4 hours):** In a large, resealable bag or a non-reactive bowl, whisk together the thawed orange juice concentrate, fresh lemon juice, hoisin sauce, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, minced fresh ginger, and minced garlic until well combined. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl, and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours. The longer the wings marinate, the more flavorful they will become.
