For a milder chutney, remove the seeds from the green chile before mincing. Toasted peanuts provide a richer flavor. Toast them lightly in a dry pan before adding to the food processor. Store leftover chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. The color may fade slightly over time, but the flavor will remain delicious.
