For an even richer flavor, consider using a blend of wild mushrooms. If you don't have whole wheat panko, regular panko bread crumbs will also work well. Adjust the amount of dill to your preference. A sprinkle of fresh parsley can also be a nice addition. To prevent the breadcrumbs from burning, tent the casserole with foil during the last 10 minutes of baking if needed.
