Follow The Directions

01

Step

Chill your champagne flutes for at least 30 minutes prior to serving for the best experience. (30 minutes)

02

Step

Gently pour the chilled brut Champagne into the chilled champagne flute, filling it approximately three-quarters full. (1 minute)

03

Step

Carefully top the champagne with the chilled cranberry juice, allowing it to cascade and mingle with the champagne. (1 minute)

04

Step

Garnish with fresh cranberries or a sprig of rosemary for an extra touch of holiday cheer (optional). (2 minutes)

For a sweeter cocktail, use a demi-sec Champagne. If you prefer a less sweet drink, opt for extra brut.
Adjust the amount of cranberry juice to your liking. Start with less and add more until you achieve your desired level of tartness.
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the Champagne with sparkling white grape juice or sparkling cider.
Make sure both champagne and cranberry juice are well-chilled. This ensures a refreshing cocktail.

I found that using a cranberry juice cocktail that has other fruit juices in it made this a little too sweet. Stick to 100% cranberry juice!!
