Remove the chicken strips from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated, then shake off the excess. Dip the floured chicken into the beaten egg, and then press into the bread crumb mixture, making sure the crumbs adhere well to all sides. Gently toss the breaded chicken strip between your hands to remove any loose crumbs. Place the breaded chicken strips onto the prepared wire racks. (20 minutes)
