Recipe View Pressure Cook: Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot. Return the chicken to the pot, positioning it breast-side down on the trivet. Pour the chicken broth into the pot. Close and lock the lid. Select the 'Pressure Cook' or 'Manual' setting on high pressure and set the timer for 20 minutes. Allow 10-15 minutes for the pressure to build up inside the pot. (35 minutes)

Recipe View Release Pressure: Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10-40 minutes. After the natural pressure release, check the internal temperature of the chicken. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh should register at least 165°F (74°C). If needed, you can manually release any remaining pressure. (10-40 minutes)

For extra crispy skin, after pressure cooking, you can broil the chicken in the oven for a few minutes, keeping a close watch to prevent burning.
