Follow The Directions

01

Step
11 mins

Cook the Linguine: In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the linguine and cook until al dente, about 11 minutes. Drain well.

02

Step
14 mins

Prepare the Seafood Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over low heat. Add garlic, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and anchovies. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the anchovies dissolve into the oil, approximately 7-10 minutes. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add the clams and cook until they begin to open. Add the shrimp in a single layer and simmer until they turn pink on one side, about 2 minutes. Flip the shrimp, then add the scallops and squid. Continue cooking until the shrimp are bright pink and the seafood is cooked through, about 2 more minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.

03

Step
1 mins

Combine and Serve: Toss the cooked linguine into the seafood sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges, Manchego cheese, and fresh basil before serving.

For a richer flavor, use homemade tomato sauce instead of canned crushed tomatoes.
Feel free to add other seafood such as mussels, or lobster to the recipe.
Adjust the amount of garlic and Italian seasoning to your preference.
Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
