For best results, marinate your meat for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, in the refrigerator. This marinade also works wonderfully with vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, and zucchini. Adjust the amount of black pepper to your personal preference. If you don't have meat tenderizer, you can substitute with 1 teaspoon of baking soda for a similar effect.
