Transfer the lamb cubes into a large, resealable plastic bag or a non-reactive container.

Seal the bag or cover the container tightly, and refrigerate. Allow the lamb to marinate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to fully absorb the flavors. (Marinating time: 4 hours to overnight)

For an even deeper flavor infusion, consider using a vacuum sealer to marinate the lamb.
If you're short on time, a minimum of 2 hours of marinating will still yield delicious results, though the longer the better!
Grill the marinated lamb kabobs over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred, approximately 8-12 minutes depending on the size of the cubes and desired doneness.
