Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, sour cream, and dry onion soup mix. Mix well until fully incorporated. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Carefully slice the dinner rolls horizontally, creating top and bottom halves. Generously spread the corned beef mixture onto the bottom halves of the rolls. Replace the tops. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Microwave the assembled sliders for 30 to 45 seconds on high heat, or until they are heated through and the filling is moist. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes. (1 minute)

04

Step

Top each slider with a dill pickle slice before serving. Serve immediately and enjoy! (2 minutes)

For an extra touch of flavor, consider adding a dash of Worcestershire sauce or a sprinkle of black pepper to the corned beef mixture.
If you prefer a cheesier slider, sprinkle shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese over the corned beef mixture before microwaving or baking.
Toast the cut sides of the rolls before adding the filling for a bit of added texture.
These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to heat and serve.
