Top with half of the ground beef mixture, followed by half of the pepperoni, mushrooms, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses. Repeat this layering process with the remaining noodles, ground beef mixture, pepperoni, mushrooms, mozzarella, and cheddar.

Cover the slow cooker and set it to Low for 1 1/2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the cheese to melt into a gooey, irresistible topping. If you desire a more well-done or crispy cheese, you may increase cooking time as needed.

For a vegetarian option, replace the ground beef with a plant-based ground meat substitute.
