For a milder flavor, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeños before blending. Marinating the shrimp for longer than 2 hours will result in a more intense flavor. Do not marinate for more than 4 hours. Ensure the grill is sufficiently hot to achieve nice grill marks and prevent the shrimp from sticking. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
