For a smoother dressing, you can strain it through a fine-mesh sieve after blending. If you don't have peanut oil, grapeseed or another neutral oil works well. Sesame oil can be added in very small quantities for extra flavor. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
