Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a large glass or ceramic bowl, whisk together the teriyaki marinade, soy sauce, minced ginger, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and black pepper until thoroughly combined. Add the cubed chicken, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours, or preferably overnight. (5 hours+)

02

Step

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until smoking. Add the sliced scallions, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the broccoli florets, halved snow peas, and diced red bell pepper. Continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, ensuring the vegetables remain crisp-tender. Pour in the stir-fry sauce and toss to coat the vegetables evenly. (3 minutes)

03

Step

Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and shake off any excess marinade; discard the remaining marinade. Add the chicken to the vegetables in the wok. Stir-fry until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a chicken cube to check for an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). (5 minutes)

For best results, marinate the chicken overnight to allow the flavors to fully penetrate.
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your preference for spice.
Serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
Feel free to substitute other vegetables such as carrots, mushrooms, or zucchini based on your preference and availability.
