For an extra fudgy brownie, slightly underbake them. They will continue to set as they cool. Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Room temperature eggs will incorporate more easily into the batter. Don't overmix the batter, or the brownies will be tough. For a more intense chocolate flavor, add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder to the dry ingredients.
