Follow The Directions

01

Step
2 mins

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
1 mins

Arrange Ritz crackers: Place Ritz crackers in a single layer, face down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (2 minutes)

03

Step
3 mins

Top with Rolos: Unwrap each Rolo candy and place one on top of each cracker. (5 minutes)

04

Step
3 mins

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 2-3 minutes, or until the Rolos are softened but not completely melted. Watch carefully to prevent burning. (3 minutes)

05

Step
2 mins

Sandwich: Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Immediately place another Ritz cracker on top of each softened Rolo. Gently press down to create a sandwich, spreading the melted caramel slightly. (5 minutes)

06

Step
5 mins

Cool and Set: Allow the Rolo-Ritz Sandwiches to cool completely on the baking sheet. This will allow the caramel to set slightly. (15 minutes)

For an extra touch, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of the sandwiches immediately after pressing them together.
Store any leftover sandwiches in an airtight container at room temperature.
Variations: Experiment with different flavors of Ritz crackers, such as cheese or bacon, for a unique twist.
Be careful not to overbake the Rolos, as they can become hard and burnt.

Be careful not to overbake, or the chocolate will melt too much.
