For best results, use high-quality mayonnaise to enhance the creaminess of the dressing.
To prevent the cashews from becoming soggy, add them no more than 2 hours before serving.
Feel free to customize the vegetables according to your preference; red bell peppers or celery would also work well.
If you want a bit of spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing.
