Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking pan. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed banana, protein powder, peanut butter, dried cranberries, flaked coconut, chopped almonds, brewed tea, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined, ensuring all dry ingredients are moistened. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the top with shredded coconut. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the bars are set. (30 minutes)

05

Step

Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars. This allows them to firm up and prevents crumbling. (15 minutes)

For a richer flavor, toast the oats and almonds lightly before adding them to the mixture.
Feel free to substitute other dried fruits, nuts, or seeds according to your preference.
If the mixture seems too dry, add a tablespoon of milk (dairy or non-dairy) at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
Store the cooled bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Instead of baking, I pressed the mixture into a pan and refrigerated it for no-bake bars. It worked great!

Be careful not to overbake them or they will be too dry.

I didn't have cranberries so I used raisins instead and they were still delicious!
